Booking an appointment
No. You fill out a single form, and no account or password is created.
A general medical consultation is suitable for most needs. Choose a medical certificate consultation if you are consulting about an absence from work or school, based on its duration.
You can see available time slots before booking. They take the clinic’s hours and doctors’ availability into account.
No. The clinic assigns an available doctor after you book.
The consultation
By video on Google Meet, for the duration shown next to your chosen service. Use the link in your invitation to join the meeting; the doctor will admit you at the scheduled time.
A phone or computer with a camera, microphone and Internet connection, and a quiet place where you can speak freely.
Doctors who work with the clinic. Their medical licences are verified before they are given access to the platform.
Yes. The doctor cannot examine you physically. They determine whether your situation is suitable for a virtual consultation and refer you elsewhere if needed.
After booking
Your confirmation appears on screen as soon as you book. The invitation then comes from Google Calendar once a doctor is assigned to you. The clinic does not send any emails.
Yes, until a doctor is assigned to you. Also check your spam folder, and keep your confirmation: it contains your cancellation link.
Use the secure cancellation link shown on your confirmation and included in the invitation. To choose another time, cancel and book a new appointment.
Medical certificates
No. After assessing you, the doctor decides whether a medical certificate is medically justified.
If the doctor considers a certificate justified, they provide it outside the platform and explain how during the consultation.
Privacy
The reason for your consultation and your description stay within the clinic’s platform. Only the clinic’s administrative team and your assigned doctor have access.
The title “Virtual medical consultation”, the time, the meeting link, the service and your cancellation link. No medical information.
Emergencies
