When to consult online

Medical certificate

A consultation about an absence from work or school, offered according to the length of the absence:

  • Absence of 3 days or less
  • Absence of more than 3 days

A medical certificate is never guaranteed: after assessing you, the doctor decides whether it is medically justified. The document is provided outside the platform.

    Your contact information, the reason for your consultation and a short description. No password.

    Meet the doctor by video

    At your scheduled time, open the Google Meet link in your invitation. The doctor will admit you to the meeting.

    Your confirmation appears

    It shows the service, date, time and your cancellation link. Keep it: it is your only record until a doctor is assigned to you.

  2. Once a doctor is assigned to you

    Google sends your invitation

    The Google Calendar invitation contains the video meeting link and no medical information.

  3. At your appointment time

    The doctor welcomes you

    Open the link on your phone or computer. The doctor hosts the meeting and admits you.
